The Gulpa Creek Community Farm is an intentional community based on sustainable and affordable housing, working in concert with the natural environment. Established in 1975, the land trust comprises 460 acres including flood plains of Red Gum Forest, 10 kilometers north of Mathoura, on the Cadell Tilt, between the Cobb Highway and the Gulpa Creek .
